vCard QR code generator (contact QR code)
A vCard QR code saves your contact details straight into the scanner's address book: name, phone, email, company, job title, website and address. DWM QR makes a standard vCard 3.0 code in your browser, free with no sign-up, and can place it on a print-ready 85 × 55 mm business card.

How to make a vCard QR code
- 1
Fill in your details
Add at least a name, phone number or email. Company, job title, website and address are optional; the address sits under “Address (optional)”.
- 2
Keep it lean
Every extra field adds data, which makes the code denser. Leave out what people don't need, especially on a small business card.
- 3
Style it
Match your brand colors, add your logo and a frame such as “Save my contact”. The editor checks the contrast for you.
- 4
Download or print a business card
Download PNG, SVG, JPG or PDF, or open Templates for an 85 × 55 mm business card that's already filled in with your name, title and contact lines.
Where to use a contact QR code
Business cards
The back of the card saves you to their phone in one scan, so nobody has to type your number from the card.
Conferences and trade shows
A code on your badge, booth or roll-up banner collects connections faster than swapping cards.
Reception desks and shops
Let customers save your shop's number, email and address for later from a counter card.
Email signatures and slides
Download a PNG and add it to the last slide of a talk or an email signature.
Make a contact code that scans easily
- Print it at least 2 × 2 cm, and bigger if you added the full address. Dense codes need more room.
- Use your mobile number in international format (+60 12 345 6789) so it works for people abroad.
- Contact codes are static: if your number or job changes, you'll need a new code. Put a website you control in the Website field for details that change often.
- Test it on an iPhone and an Android phone and check that each field lands in the right place.
Why use this QR code generator
Plenty of QR code makers are free to start. Here's what you get on DWM QR without paying or signing up, and what it doesn't do.
No account for anything
Logos, SVG and PDF downloads, templates and dynamic codes all work without signing up. Some well-known generators keep logos, vector files or editable codes behind an account or a trial.
No ads, no watermark
The page has no ads and the downloads carry no visible branding, so the code you print is only yours.
Private by design
Static codes, logos and templates are made in your browser and never uploaded. Dynamic codes store only the link, an optional name, their dates and a scan count.
Dynamic codes without a trial
Editable, trackable codes are free and don't switch off after a trial period. They stop only if you set an expiry date or delete them.
Expiry dates when you want them
Make a code that works for 1, 7, 10, 20 or 30 days, or until a date you choose, then shows a friendly “expired” page.
Print-ready, not just a PNG
300 DPI posters, flyers, business cards, table tents, Wi-Fi cards and stickers, plus scan-safety checks before you print.
What it doesn't do
- No bulk generation from a spreadsheet and no API.
- Scan statistics are a count and the last scan time, not locations or devices.
- Up to 30 new dynamic codes per visitor per day (static codes are unlimited).
- “My codes” lives in your browser, so keep the manage link or export the list as a backup.
- Only links, WhatsApp chats and Google Maps locations can be dynamic; Wi-Fi, contact, text, email, phone and SMS codes are static.
